William Edward Hoh, Jr., 81, of Ft. Wright, died Thursday, July 17 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South in Edgewood. He was retired from Schauer Manufacturing Company, formerly of Cincinnati, as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting.
He was a member of St. Agnes Church. He enjoyed traveling with the Holiday Ramblers RV Club. His hobbies included fishing and woodcarving.
He was a United States World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Joanne Elizabeth Kietz Hoh; daughter, Diane (Bart) Wahle of Ft. Mitchell; sons, Robert Hoh of Cincinnati, John (Debbie) Hoh of Walton, Gregory Hoh of Covington, Lawrence (Sandra) Hoh of Elizabethtown, and Kenneth Hoh of Owenton; brother, Jack Hoh of Palm Harbor, Florida; sister, Marianne Ellis of Ft. Mitchell; 15 grandchildren, Jessica, Ellen, Anthony, Eric, John Jr., Steven, Becky, Brandy, Nick, Jake, Andy, Scott, Chris, Ben, and Amanda; and eight great grandchildren, Nathan, Austin, Chandler, McKenna, Carter, Mikel, Courtney, and Konner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William E. Sr. and Laura Tabeling Hoh.
