Virginia Lee Parker Macht, 82, of Alexandria, died Tuesday, May 11 at Villaspring Healthcare and Rehabiliation Center of Erlanger. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Macht was a member of St. Bernard Church of Dayton and attended the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption of Covington. She worked for the Campbell County Board of Elections and was a member of the St. Bernard Church Choir.
Survivors include her daughters, Nancy (Vernon) Rednour of London, Kentucky, Mary Bennett of Alexandria, Lois Ramler-Vahlsing of Union, Teresa Rigdon of Beattyville, Rose (John) Duvall of Loveland, Ohio, and Regina (Pat) McQuitty of Demossville; sons, Edward (Deborah) Macht of Burlington and Anthony Macht of Alexandria; sister, Alice (Ralph) Shappell of New Braunfels, Texas; brothers, Jack (Marquita) Parker of Highland Heights, Anthony (Sharon) Parker of Amelia, Ohio, and Richard (Sue) Parker of Moscow, Ohio; 18 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward William Macht in 1973; daughter, Martha Macht; brothers, Elmer Parker and Clark Parker; sisters, Frances Vance and LaVada James; and parents, Charles J. and Ada Moore Parker.
