Thomas David Broyles, 57, of Hebron, died Friday, October 10, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood.
He was born on February 18, 1957 in Mayfield, Ohio to the late Maurice T. Broyles and Frances Pearl Gentry Broyles of Pineville, Kentucky.
Tom was a sales manager for Bayer Health Care of New Jersey and attended Lakeside Christian Church, Hebron.
Surviving along with his mother is his wife of 31 years, Rhonda L. Hodges Broyles, sons, Derek Broyles of Mason, Ohio, Cody Broyles and Jeremy Broyles, both of Hebron, sisters, Pat Boyse of Kingsport, Tennessee, Karen Crockett of Pineville, Kentucky and nieces and nephews.
