Stanley Garnett

December 24, 1926 — July 8, 2010

Stanley Cullum Garnett, 83 of Hebron, passed away on July 8, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.

He was a self-employed plumber and all around handyman, sometimes using the barter system as his way of payment. He was former chief of the Hebron Fire Dept., a WWII Army paratrooper, where he played the bugle and a Kentucky Colonel.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Stella Maxwell Garnett, daughters, Donna Redding of Florence, Candy Riegler of Hebron, sons, Ray Thiessen of Hebron, and Rick and Allen Thiessen, both of Erlanger. Grandchildren, Jennifer, Josh and Brandon Thiessen, Kelli and Lauren Redding and Brittany Riegler. A brother, Perry Garnett of Arizona and a host of people that he was a great influence upon.
