Sherry Taylor

Sherry L. Davidson Taylor, 82, of Covington passed away Monday, December 4, 2017. She owned and operated several bars in the Covington area over the years.

Sherry served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, was a longtime member of the Marshall Schildmeyer VFW Post # 6095 of Latonia and a member of the Sunday Morning Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rufus and Rebecca Cravens Davidson; daughter, Keena Cantan; son, Keith Taylor and brother, Frank Davidson.

Survivors include daughter, Katrina Taylor; sons, Kris Taylor, Kyle Taylor, Kevin Taylor, Kurtis Taylor and Earl Taylor; sister, Phyllis; brother, Rufus Davidson; seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Celebration of Life Reception is Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Marshall Schildmeyer VFW Post Hall, 343 E. 47th Street, Covington, KY 41015.  Interment, with Military Honors, is Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington is serving the family.
