Survivors include his father, Benton Bush of Edgewood; mother, Julia Broaddus of California, Kentucky; children, Jacob and Brooklyn Miller; step father, Robert Broaddus of California, Kentucky; step mother, Joan Bush of Edgewood; sister, Shayna (Jim) Hamilton of Morningview; nephew, Jimmy Hamilton of Morningview; step brothers, Don Tobergte of Edgewood and Andrew Broaddus of California, Kentucky; and step sisters, Connie McKenzie of Dallas, Texas and Gail Burch of Crestview Hills.
