Biography Sandra Nelson Edwards, 50, of Covington, died Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at her home. She worked in food service at the school cafeteria for the public school system.
Survivors include her mother, Betty Puchta Nelson of Covington; sons, John A. Edwards, Jr., David R. Edwards, and Robert A. Edwards, all of Covington; and brothers, Carl Puchta, Steven Snell, and Timothy Snell, all of Covington.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Allen Edwards, Sr.; brother, David Nelson; and father, Thomas Nelson.
