Ruth Bolton Bradley McKernan, 83 of Charlotte, North Carolina, formerly of Ft. Mitchell, died Sunday, March 30, 2008 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte. Her husband, Frank M. McKernan died April 27, 1982. She is survived by one daughter, Patricia McKernan of Charlotte, North Carolina. She was a former administrative assistant for the U.S. Government and a homemaker. She was a prolific reader and had an amazing memory.
