Rosalyn Margaret Mary Schopmeyer Boemker, 77, of Erlanger, formerly of Covington, died Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Madonna Manor in Villa Hills.
Born August 31, 1935 in Dayton, Kentucky to the late Harold and Marie Espohl Schopmeyer, Mrs. Boemker was a retired Office Clerk in the central offices of Remke Markets. She was a graduate of LaSallette Academy and a member of the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, Covington.
Survivors include daughters, Barbara Cronin of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Mary Kay (Richard) Spanier of Erlanger, Lori (Doug) Gabbard of Erlanger, Rose (Doug) Baute of Union, Paula Browder of Carrollton, Roberta Stephens of Covington, and Virginia Boemker of Newport; sons, Steven (Iris) Sherman-Boemker of Louisville, Colorado, John (Barbara) Boemker of Union, and Christopher (Shawna) Boemker of Florence; brother, Greg (Shirley) Schopmeyer of Cold Springs; sister, Paulette (Al) Boden of Fort Thomas; 26 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond B. Boemker in 2004 and two grandchildren, Melissa Spanier and Kyle Gabbard.
Visitation is Tuesday, July 23, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington. Mass of Christian Burial is Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, Covington. Entombment at St. Mary Cemetery Mausoleum, Fort Mitchell.
