Richard John Schilling, Jr., 62, of Pompano Beach, Florida, formerly of Northern Kentucky, died Wednesday, January 27 at his home. He was an Business Enterpreneur in the restaurant, nightclub, and casino industries.
He was preceded in death by his parents Richard J. "Dick" Sr. and Marie Fleck Schilling.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Schilling; daughters, Dana DeBord and Kim Wetterick; sons, Derek Walker and Darin Walker; son-in-law, James Smith; brothers, Ronald Schilling and Scott Schilling; grandchildren, Stevee Walker, Blake Smith, Jordan Walker, Savanna Walker, Sara Walker, and Summer Walker; and nephews, Ronald Schilling, II and John Ross Schilling.
Prior to services in Northern Kentucky, a visitation is scheduled at Kraeer Funeral Home, 200 North Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, Florida, for Saturday, January 30, 2010, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Monday, February 1, 2010 at St. Ambrose Church, 380 South Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Locally, a visitation is scheduled for Thursday, February 4, 2010, at St. Agnes Church, Fort Wright, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at the church at 11:30 a.m. Entombment will be at Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville.
