Richard A. “Dick” Jackson, 77 of Petersburg, died Wednesday, December 25, 2013, at University Hospital, Cincinnati.
He was born on November 18, 1936 in Hebron to the late Roosevelt and Gladys Wilson Jackson.
Richard was a machinist who owned Jackson Tool & Mold in Hebron, a member of Petersburg Baptist Church, a former volunteer firefighter for Hebron Fire Dept. and enjoyed traveling to Amish country.
Richard was orphaned at the age of 9 and was raised by his grandparents, Mommy & Poppy Wilson.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Wanda Jane Craddock Jackson, daughter, Kim (Bill) Waymeyer of Walton, son, Glenn (Kim) Jackson of Hebron, adopted son, Charlie (Joann) Gill of Maysville, KY and grandchildren, Makenzie, Brittaney and Dakota Waymeyer, Casey Moll and Cody Jackson.
