Raymond Sellmeyer

March 21, 1914 — December 5, 2008

Raymond Henry Sellmeyer, 94, of Covington, died Friday, December 5, at Heritage Spring Care Center in West Chester. He was a retired banker with American National Bank, now known as Fifth Third Bank.

Mr. Sellmeyer had been a long-time member of Mother of God Church. He loved music and was an accomplished musician, playing the organ, piano, and accordian. He also loved woodworking, carpentry, electronics, and gardening.

Survivors include a sister, Evelyn A. Baumann of Eaton, Ohio; nieces; nephews; cousins; and very best friend of 40 years and caretaker, Mark Marshall of Ft. Thomas.

He was preceded in death by sister, Estelle "Tiny" Stander; brother, Alvin "Buss" Sellmeyer; and parents, William M. and Catherine Ries Sellmeyer.
