Patsy Frank

Patsy Ann Holt Frank of Elsmere passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Rosedale Green in Latonia.

She was a retired cook with Frisch’s restaurants throughout Northern Kentucky. Patsy enjoyed crossword puzzles, fishing, and spending quality time with her grandchildren and family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Ellsworth Frank; parents, James T. and Lottie Faye Moulder Holt; son, Chuck Hehman; and ten siblings.

Survivors include daughters, Donna (Santiago) Ostilin, Patty Allen and Darlene Fox; sons, Terry (Renee) Frank, John (Cathy) Reising and Jim Reising (Katie Horn); twenty grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sister; Betty (the late Jim) Ranshaw; and brother, Jack (Mary) Holt.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 21, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment in Petersburg Cemetery.
