Patricia Cornell

Patricia Ann “Pat” Cornell, 82, former Jamestown, Ohio and Burlington, Kentucky resident, passed away peacefully on May 12, 2021 at the Carington Manor in Crestview, Florida.

She was born to the late Ernest W. & Elizabeth M. Perry on October 20, 1938, in New Richmond, Ohio. She married her husband, Norman, on December 8, 1956 in Norwood, Ohio. They raised three sons together. Her interests included travel, cooking, shopping, and family time. She also spent much of her time serving various volunteer organizations.

Mrs. Cornell is survived by her husband of 64 years, Norman Cornell of Crestview, Florida, sons Kevin Cornell of Byron, Georgia, Mark (Stacey) Cornell of Burlington, Kentucky, and Steve (Denise) Cornell of Crestview, Florida. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, & several nieces/nephews/cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Mark Cornell Jr., her brother Ernest W. “Walt” Perry Jr., and her sister Elizabeth Mae “Betty” Eckels.

There will be a memorial service held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home in Erlanger, Kentucky. A short service will follow, officiated by Reverend Howard Chipman. A graveside service will be held at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, Kentucky on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
