He was born on August 31, 1972 in Covington, to Johnny M. and Patricia E. Roberts Johnson.
Neil was a former employee of Packaging Unlimited, Covington.
He is survived by his parents, son, Michael Lee Hensley of Hayden, KY, brothers, Nick Johnson of Seattle, WA, Johnny Johnson of Florence, Jason Johnson of Lakeside Park, Patrick Johnson of Virginia Beach, VA, sisters, Anita Johnson of Walton, Amanda Wood of Elsmere and 11 nieces and nephews.
