Nancy Powers

Nancy C. Powers, 86, of Erlanger, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood. 

Nancy was a member of St. Henry Church in Elsmere. She retired as a cafeteria manager at Tichenor Middle School in Erlanger, and enjoyed gardening, soap operas and frog collecting. 

Nancy was preceded in death by her son, Douglas Powers; and parents, Hugh, and Clara (Jackson) Ball. 

Survivors include her loving husband of over 61 years, Richard J. Powers; son, Steven Powers; grandchildren, Vicky (Phil) Hepfinger, Michelle Powers, and Ashley (Steven) Withers; great-grandchildren, Jake, Harper, Emily, Everly, Piper and Olivia; brothers Curtis Ball and Douglas Ball; and several nieces and nephews. 

Services are private and at the convenience of the family. 

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105-1905.
