Myrtle Hicks

Myrtle W. Stone Hicks, 91, of Elsmere, formerly of Covington, died Monday, November 23, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood.
Myrtle was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God in Covington. She considered it an honor and privilege to pray for others. She also enjoyed playing bingo.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Earl Hicks.
Survivors include sons, John H. Hicks, Covington, Kentucky, Billy (Liz) Hicks, Ohio, Bobby Hicks, Crittenden`, Kentucky, Ricky (Virginia) Hicks, Covington, Kentucky, Barry (Julia) Hicks, Covington, Kentucky, Charles White, Covington, Kentucky, and Rodney (Tish) Hicks, Covington, Kentucky; daughter, Christena (Charles Davis) Hicks, Covington, Kentucky; sister, Edna Mae Valentine; 25 Grandchildren; 50 Great-Grandchildren; and three Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation is Monday, November 30, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington. Funeral service to follow at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. Reverend Edison Buchanan officiating. Interment at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
