Muriel D. Dreyer Fugh, 92, of Erlanger, formerly of Hebron, passed away Sunday morning, June 30, 2019, at the Baptist Village Care Center, Erlanger.
She was a retired bookkeeper for various Restaurants throughout Northern Kentucky, a member and longtime pianist at Elsmere Church of Christ, and a graduate of Lloyd Memorial High School. She enjoyed gardening, canning and sewing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dora (Highhouse) and Chester Dreyer, Sr.; first husband, Reverend Carl Sidney Miller; second husband, John C. Fugh; daughter, Cynthia Lou Miller; son, Philip Leslie Miller; brother, Louis Lenord Stephens; and her longtime companion, James Paul Nowak.
Survivors include daughters, Paula Sue Miller of West Covington, Luanne Elizabeth (R.C.) Lucas of Florence, and Muriel Jacqueline “Jackie” (Jamie) Turner of Union; sons, Nathan Lee Miller of Las Vegas, Nevada and Timothy Irwin (Peggy) Miller of Burlington; brother, Chester Martin Dreyer, Jr. of Milford, Ohio; grandchildren, Nathan Dale, Jessica Miller, Danielle Smoot, Lesley Buchanan, Emily Allen, Matthew Miller, Ryan Haggard and Steven Shinkle; 10 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation is Wednesday, July 3, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Funeral services to immediately follow at 1:30 p.m. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boone County Animal Shelter, 5643 Idlewild Road, Burlington KY 41005.
