Michael Stanton

Michael Ward Stanton, 75, of Hebron passed away Friday evening November 19, 2021.

He was born on February 2, 1946, to Francis W. and Ruby (MacArthur) Stanton in New York, NY.

Michael was a retired Automotive Engineer who enjoyed anything about cars, NASCAR & 24 Hours of Le Mans and a sports fan who loved the Green Bay Packers, Cincinnati Bengals, and hockey. He served in the United States Marines during Vietnam.

Michael was preceded in death by his wife of near 50 years, Cheryl Ann (O’Donnell) Stanton on February 12, 2018, and his parents, Francis W. and Ruby Stanton.

Survivors include his daughter, Amy (Chris Moore) Stanton; sons, Matthew Stanton and Colin Stanton; sister, Debi Stanton; brother, Tom (Melissa) Stanton and eight grandchildren, Nathan, J.T., Emma, Lauren, Jacob, Paige, Hailey and Mackenzie.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, 1833 Petersburg Road, Hebron.
