Michael Rechtin

Michael Rechtin, 57, of Ludlow, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at his home. He was a retired receiving clerk with St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood.

Mike was an avid UK fan, a member of the Kehoe Council #1764 Knights of Columbus in Ludlow and a member of Sts. Boniface and James Church in Ludlow.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Schwier Rechtin; son, Paul Rechtin and daughter, Katie Rechtin, both of Ludlow; sisters, Barbara Toadvine of Erlanger and Paulette Ruttle of Fort Mitchell; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents, Paul and Dolores Bennett Rechtin; and sister, Eileen Sarver.

Visitation is Monday, May 4, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Ludlow. Mass of Christian Burial is Tuesday May 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Sts. Boniface & James Church, Ludlow. Interment at Mother of God Cemetery, Fort Wright.
