Mervin Holt

Mervin Earl "Bud" Holt passed away on July 9, at St. Elizabeth Health Care, Edgewood.

He was a distiller for Seagrams Distillery for 26 years and a WWII Navy veteran.

Mr. Holt was predeceased by his wife, Annie Magdeline Miller Holt in 1981 and his parents, James T. Holt and Lottie Wellman Holt.

Surviving is his daughter, Helen Stewart of Petersburg, two sons, Mervin E. "Sonny" Holt of Hebron and Danny Holt of Florence. Three brothers, Lee Holt of Erlanger, Jack Holt of Ludlow and Donald Holt of Rising Sun, Indiana. Two sisters, Patty Franks of Taylor Mill and Betty Ranshaw of Moores Hill, Indiana. Also 12 grandchildren, 35 Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Granddaughter.
