Dorothy May Martin Baker, 98, of Fort Wright died Friday, November 11, 2011 in North Charleston, South Carolina at her daughter’s home.
She was a homemaker and a longtime member of Bromley Christian Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Betty Santos of North Charleston; a son, Robert “Bob” Baker, Sr. of Ludlow; grandchildren, Dr. Robert Baker, Craig Baker, Charles Baker, Jobi Santos and Beth Smith; 11 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; three nieces; and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Leslie L. Baker in 2001; four sisters; and her parents, Luther and Ica D. Cook Martin.
Visitation is Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Ludlow. Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Reverend Steve Penrose officiating. Interment at Hillcrest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
