Maximus Isiah "Max" Plestina was born Sunday, March 23, at University Hospital, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He passed on Monday, June 16 at Children's Hospital.
He is survived by his parents James J. Plestina and April Froelicher, as well as his two brothers and two sisters, Branden Haggard, Dylan Plestina, Abagail Froelicher and Amanda Plestina. His grandparents are Lon and Maureen Plestina.
He was a twin to Lily Plestina, who preceded him in death.
