Mary Waite
March 8, 1926 — September 29, 2011
Mary C. Hite Waite, 85, of Burlington and formerly of Ludlow, died Thursday afternoon, September 29, 2011 at Rosedale Manor, Covington. She was a homemaker.
Mary was a member of First Baptist Church of Ludlow, the former owner of the Kentucky Post Route for Ludlow and West Covington and the former owner of Mr. B’s Ice Cream Parlor of Erlanger.
Survivors include her husband, Buddy Waite of Burlington; daughters, Cheryl (Steve) Kiefer of Erlanger and Joy (Bill) Herbstreit of Florence; son, Steve (Geneva) Modlin of Walton; step daughter, Nancy (Dale) Gilbert of Stanton, Kentucky; eight grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a grandson and her parents, Orville and Mary Evelyn Rose Hite.
Buddy and the family would like to thank the staff of 2 South at Rosedale Manor and all the Nurses and Aides for their loving care and attention to Mary.
