Margaret "Grammy" Braun

Margaret L. “Grammy” Lavigne Braun, 75, of Covington passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018. She was a homemaker, member of Sand Run Baptist Church, and a lifetime member of the American Legion Post # 197 of Marlborough, Connecticut. She enjoyed crafting, crocheting and cross stitching.

She was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Robert Derosier; her parents, Dennis, Sr. and Louise Flemke Lavigne; four sisters, Kathleen Lavigne, Mary Barber, Theresa McArthur and Jacquline Chester; and two brothers, Arthur Lavigne and James Lavigne.

Survivors include daughters, Debbie (Cliff Beach) Derosier of Covington, Lorraine Valli of East Hampton, Connecticut, Ellen (Scott) Orsini of East Hampton and Elli (Jim) Knight of Marlborough, Connecticut; son, Alan Derosier, Sr. of Cromwell, Connecticut; sisters, Leanna Lavigne of East Hampton and Alice Langlois of South Carolina; brothers, Dennis Lavigne, Jr., Charles Lavigne and Albert Lavigne, all of East Hampton; 14 grandchildren, Toni, Joseph, Alicia, Eric, Grace, Gabrielle, Vivian, Spencer, Gavin, Bobbi Jo, Christianna, Tim, Alan, Jr. and Kim; and 13 great grandchildren.

Visitation is Monday, August 13, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at Sand Run Baptist Church, 1327 North Bend Road, Hebron, KY 41048. Funeral services to immediately follow at 12:00 Noon at the church. Interment at Sand Run Cemetery, Hebron. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron is serving the family.
