Lyle Schwartz

Lyle Francis Schwartz, 83, of Covington, died Thursday, October 11 at Maysville, Kentucky. He was a retired Police Chief of the Covington Police Department and a member of the St. John Church, Covington. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II, a member of the Covington Fraternal Order of Police and a graduate of the FBI Academy.

He was the devoted father of Vicki Abbott (Tom) of Brooksville; dear grandfather of Jason Abbott, Jerod Abbott (Cassie), Jessica Abbott and Nikole Abbott (Will Parsons); and loving great grandfather of Jenna Abbott, Logan Abbott, Mikayla Abbott, and Benjamin Parsons.
