Loraine Thomas

Loraine Ernestine Rush Thomas, 72, of Erlanger, died Saturday, January 14, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Health Care Hospice, Ft. Thomas.
She was born on April 9, 1939 in Burkesville, Kentucky to the late Wix D. and Lilly Belle Ash Rush.
Mrs. Thomas was a retired Elementary Art teacher for the Boone County School System. She was a member of Erlanger Baptist Church, NKU and UK Alumni Associations, a CVG Airport Ambassador and did volunteer work for St. Elizabeth Health Care and Woodfill Elementary School.
Loraine is survived by her husband, Donald William Thomas, son, Steven K. (Amy) Thomas of Owenton, Kentucky, daughters, Rene T. McPhedran of Newport , Denise “Shelly” Thomas of Orlando, Florida and grandchildren, Lee Thomas and Reagan McPhedran.
