Survivors include husband, Craig Lee of Burlington; son, Jordan Lee of Independence; mother, Bonnie Smith Ciliege of Independence; step father, John Ciliege of Independence; sister, Sherri (Jay) Moore of Cleveland, Ohio; brothers, Scott Perkins of Cincinnati, Stephen (Sandra) McCreary of Chatham, New Jersey, Trace (Alissa) McCreary of New York, New York, Michael (Priscilla) Ciliege of Florence, and John Ciliege of Minneapolis, Minnesota; nieces, Sophia McCreary, Zoe McCreary, Ella McCreary, Lily McCreary, Breanna Perkins, and Jillian Moore; and nephews, Stephen McCreary, III, Cody Quinton, William McCreary, James McCreary, Jay Moore, P.J. Moore, and Wesley Ciliege.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lander Lee Perkins.
