Lisa A. Barnett Buschard, 51, of Covington, died Sunday, November 4, 2012 at University Hospital, Cincinnati.
Born to William and Amy King Barnett on August 20, 1961 in Covington, Lisa was a Dental Assistant.
Survivors include husband, Jeff Buschard; mother, Amy Barnett; step children, David, Dusty, and Jessica; brothers, Gary Stacy of Ludlow, Brad Barnett of Park Hills and Gradon Barnett of Park Hills; and sister, Pam Barnett of Latonia.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Barnett.
Visitation is Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington. Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. Reverend Michael Sweeney officiating. Interment at Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.
