Josephine Schierberg

Josephine Joanina Schierberg, 93, of Union, formerly of Ft. Mitchell, died Sunday, October 5 at Harborside Health Care in Florence. She was a homemaker and an artist.
She was a life long member of Blessed Sacrament Church and a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, OH.
Survivors include four sons, Paul (Pam) Schierberg of Union, Michael (Claire) Schierberg of Crittenden, Gary Schierberg of Panama City, Florida and Rick (Terri) Schierberg of Lakeside Park; six grandchildren, Brian (Meredith) Schierberg, Brenda (Mark) Engleman, Gabe Schierberg, Andrew (Emily) Schierberg, Scott Schierberg and Nicholas (Amber) Schierberg; and six great grandchildren, Taylor Schierberg, Brody Schierberg, Sean Schierberg, Samuel Schierberg, Michael Engleman and Anna Engleman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Bernard Schierberg; and parents, Michael and Paola Piraino Corso; and brothers and sisters, John, Rose, Mary, August, Consetta, Margherite and Pauline.
Memorials are suggested in the form of Masses.
