James D. Rice, 69, of Covington, died Saturday, June 21 at St. Elizabeth South Hospital in Edgewood. He was a meat cutter with C-Rice Meat Packing.
He was a United States Army veteran.
He is survived by his son, David M. Rice of Covington; and daughter, Teresa Rice of Covington.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Barbara Carroll, Pauline Rice, and Caroline Haas; brother, Christopher Rice; and parents, James and Marcella Schambach Rice.
