James William Crutchleo, 64, of Covington, died Sunday, January 30, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood. He was an accomplished singer in the entertainment industry, often performing at many local benefits.
Survivors include his son, Edward Crutchleo of Florence; daughters, Addie Crutchleo of Ludlow and Allison Vormbrock of Independence; sisters, Dottie Slaton of Iowa and Margie Moore of Ohio; and grandchildren, Austen Crutchleo, Gabby Vormbrock, Joseph Vormbrock, and Sophia Vormbrock.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Calvin Crutchleo, Ronnie Crutchleo, and Tommy Crutchleo; sisters, Mae Huffman and Barbara Dunn; and parents, James and Alice Lail Crutchleo.
