Irma M. Goderwis Black, 88, of Covington, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio.
She was the owner/operator of the Lookout Grill and Irm’s Market for thirty years and a member of St. Joseph Church, Crescent Springs, where she sang in the choir.
Irma is survived by sons, Kenneth J. (Donna) Black of Arlington, Virginia, and John R. (Christine) Black of Taylor Mill; daughters, Angelique M. (Jay) Bruns of Fort Thomas, Kimberly M. (Raymond) Granneman of Villa Hills, and Denise L. (Kenneth) Martinez of Anderson Township, Ohio; grandchildren, Patrick Black, Kenneth J. Black, II, Timothy A. Black, Nathan R. Black, Katrina M. Bierman, Nicholas J. Black, Elizabeth A. McGraw, Jarrett C. Martinez, Marisa T. Martinez, Monica L. Howard, and Marc T. Bruns; and great grandchildren, Annabella R. Black, Helena C. Black, Ava E. Black, Trinity M. Black, Leia E. Black, Aria A. Black, Mackenzie Q. Bierman, Braeden R. Bierman, Lleyton N. Black, Brynlyn P. Black, Emily E. McGraw, Megan A. McGraw, Erin E. McGraw, Ashley A. McGraw, Devin P. Bruns, Drake R. Bruns, Madelyn E. Howard, Mason A. Howard and Marc Dalton Howard.
She was preceded in death by her husband Paul M. Black; son, Paul M. Black, Jr.; brother, Robert Goderwis; and parents, Robert and Marcella Willen Goderwis.
