Henry Cahill

Henry Vincent Cahill, 88, of Florence, passed away Wednesday September 7, 2016 at Baptist Village Care Center, Erlanger.

He was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War and a retired machinist at GE after 38 years. He loved golf and was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Henry E. and Mary McGrath Cahill; daughter, Lauren Drees; and daughter in law, Lisa Cahill.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Joyce Coffey Cahill; sons, Matthew Cahill and Douglas Cahill, both of Cincinnati and Anthony Cahill of Hamilton, Ohio.; daughter, Joyce Smith of Erlanger; son in law, Terry Drees of Crescent Springs; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

There is no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial is Monday, September 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Henry Church, Elsmere. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Hone, Erlanger is serving the family.
