Glenn Bodde

April 12, 1917 — November 17, 2012

William Glenn Bodde, 95, of Fort Mitchell, died Saturday, November 17, 2012 at his home. He was a retired Mechanical Engineer with Michaels Art Bronze Company.

Mr. Bodde was a World War II Army Air Force Veteran and a member of Blessed Sacrament Church. He enjoyed gardening and ballroom dancing and was a dog lover.

Survivors include his wife, Louise Trame Bodde; sons, Greg (Jeannie) Bodde of Elsmere, Mark (Debbie) Bodde of Covington, Paul (Shirley) Bodde of Edgewood, and Pete Bodde of Montgomery, Ohio; daughter, Mary Ann (Dewey) Rigg of Edgewood; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Paul Bodde and Dick Bodde; sister, Peggy Rechtin; and parents, William Adam and Mae Wandstradt Bodde.

Visitation is Wednesday, November 21, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at Blessed Sacrament Church, 2409 Dixie Highway, Fort Mitchell. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12:00 Noon at the church. Entombment at St. Mary Cemetery, Fort Mitchell. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington is serving the family.

Memorials are suggested to Blessed Sacrament Church, 2409 Dixie Highway, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017.
