Erma A. Seifried, 84, nee Aldemeyer, of Fort Mitchell, died Sunday at Brighton Gardens Assisted Living facility in Edgewood.
A mother and homemaker, she was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Community of Faith in Fort Mitchell since 1946. She was also a member of the Women's Auxilliary of the Fort Mitchell Fire Department, and was active in her community.
Her husband of 60 years, John D. Seifried, a brother Alvin Aldemeyer, a sister Loraine Eckman, and a grandson Keith Seifried preceded her in death. She is survived by her four sons - Mark, age 62 of Edgewood; Jay, age 57, of Lake Villa, Illinois; Kent, age 56, of Villa Hills; and Drew, age 48, of Windsor, Connecticut. 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild also survive her.
Visitation will be at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 2409 Dixie Highway, Fort Mitchell, KY on Friday January 2nd, 2009, at 7:45 AM, to be followed at 8:45AM by Mass of Christian Burial, also at Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial will be at Mother of God cemetery in Covington, KY. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington, is handling arrangements.
