Elmer Lee Harris, 81, of North Bend, Ohio, died Saturday, January 23, at Mercy Hospital--Anderson Township. He was the former owner of Tri-State Hydraulics. He previously worked for Allgeier and Sons and Thaman Rubber Company.
Mr. Harris was a United States Navy Veteran, having served during the Korean War as a Seaman.
He was a member of the Cincinnati Shriner's Club and former Director of the Corvette Mini Car Brigade. He was also a member of the F & AM Masonic Lodge of Cleves, Ohio and the Scottish Rites.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Disbro Harris; sons, Mark Harris of Covington and Steven (Toni) Harris of Lawrenceburg, Indiana; step-daughter, Sandy (Mark) Jordan of Villa Hills; grandsons, Ian Harris and Josh Harris; step grandchildren, Heather Jordan, Amanda Jordan, Lindsay Jordan, and Christopher Jordan; and step great-granddaughter, Ashten Roth.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Manford C. and Mabel Sharp Harris.
