Elizabeth West
April 19, 1919 — August 11, 2009
Elizabeth B. "Skippy" West, 90, of Covington, died Tuesday, August 11, at Atria Highland Crossing in Covington. She was a homemaker and retired realtor with West Shell and Sibcy Cline.
Mrs. West was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and a 47 year member of the Ft. Mitchell Country Club. Her hobbies included various athletic activities, including golf and horseback riding. She also enjoyed needlework and playing bridge.
Survivors include daughters, Linda West (Mark) Padgett of Lakeside Park and Terri West (Roger) Williams of Wesley Chapel, Florida; grandchildren, John Williams, Elizabeth Nicholson, Jennifer Weber, and Captain Mark Padgett, Jr.; and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Henry West in 1989; and parents, James Nathan and Elizabeth Terrill Culton.
