Edith Barrett

Edith “Edie” Barrett, 49, of Burlington, died Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Christian Care Communities Morningside Group Home in Florence.

Edie was born on July 31, 1964 in Covington, Kentucky. and was a member of Bullittsville Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother Glenna McDaniel Barrett.

Survivors include her father, Estel Barrett and stepmother, Betty Barrett of Burlington; a sister, Betty Jo Barrett of Florence; two brothers, Danny (Karen) Barrett of Hamilton, Ohio and Dale (Michelle) Barrett of Union; three nephews, Mickey Clore, Tyler, Lance and Colton Barrett; a niece, Amanda (Jesse) Laurens; a great nephew, Chase Clore and great niece, Quinn Laurens.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 7, at Bullittsville Christian Church, Burlington. Visitation will begin Monday at 10:00 a.m. at the Church.

Interment at Hopeful Lutheran Cemetery, Florence. Memorials are suggested to, Bullittsville Christian Church 3094 Petersburg Road Burlington, KY 41005.
