Donald Wayne North, 65, of Florence, passed away Sunday January 22, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Health Care, Florence.
He was a truck driver for Schwans Foods in Florence for 35 years, a member of Constance Church of the Brethren for 51 years and a founding member of the Sons of the American Legion in Florence.
His hobbies included motorcycles, his Mazda Miata and his dogs.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Lemmons North.
Survivors include father, Charles North of Erlanger; brother, David (Lisa) North of Florence; sister, Deborah (Mike) Shields of Burlington; fiancée, Susan Holbrook of Florence; nieces, Marcella Coomer-Goderwis and Samantha North; nephew, Timothy Coomer; great nieces, Gretchen, Ava, Emarie, and Isabel; and great nephews, Michael and Gabe.
Visitation Friday, January 27, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Interment at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery.
