Dolores Jansen Hopkins, 95, of Villa Hills, formerly of Erlanger, died Friday, December 14, 2012 at Madonna Manor. She was a retired Blue Print Operator for the Continental Division of Crouse Hinds.
Mrs. Hopkins was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, Florence. During World War II, she volunteered with the USO and later was a volunteer for the Girl Scouts, PTA and Lloyd Band Boosters.
Survivors include son, Ken (Kathy) Hopkins of Beavercreek, Ohio; daughter, Karen (John) Moreland of Villa Hills; grandchildren, Leah Wilson, David Hopkins, and Mark Hopkins; and great grandchildren, Dylan Wilson, Cole Wilson, Eli Wilson, and Logan Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Hopkins; and parents, Harry and Madeline Schmerr Jansen.
Visitation is Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger. Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Reverend Henrietta Grossoehme officiating. Interment at Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati.
