David Lee Feldhaus, 48, of Burlington, died Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Florence. He formerly worked paddock maintenance at Turfway Park.
Survivors include his longtime companion, Yvonne Stacy Shouse; sister, Deanna (Joseph) Hodges of Hebron; and brothers, Karl (Jane) Feldhaus of Holton, Indiana, Alan (Irene) Feldhaus of Independence, and Keith (Jackie) Feldhaus of Hebron.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Leotto Horn Feldhaus and a sister, Debbie Feldhaus.
