Daniel Dwight Couch, 62, of Burlington died Thursday, May 23, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Florence. He was a technician with Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company for nearly 40 years.
Dan was a United States Navy Veteran serving during Vietnam and a member of the Miami Valley Labrador Retriever Club. He enjoyed fishing and boating.
Survivors include his wife of nearly 40 years, Martha Keller Couch; three sons, John Richard (April) Couch of Burlington, Bradley Aaron (Jennifer) Couch of Burlington and Robert Dwight Couch of Hebron; and granddaughter, Ava Elaine Couch of Burlington.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Vina Brock Couch; brother, John Arthur Couch; and grandson, John Anthony “Jac” Couch.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 1, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Funeral services will be private.
