Crystal Michelle Nix, 4, of Covington, died Thursday, February 7 at Children's Hospital in Cincinnati after a sudden illness.
She's the loving daughter of Nikki Portwood of Covington and James Michael Nix of Elizabethtown.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by step mother, Rhonda Nix of Elizabethtown; sister, Amanda Lynn Beiting; brother, Logan Nix; and grandparents, J.B. and Deborah Warren of Sardinia, Ohio, Robert Portwood of Covington, and James F. Nix of Elizabethtown.
She was preceded in death by grandmother, Joanne "Nanny" Nix.
