Clifford “Mickey” McDine, 91, of Crescent Springs died Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at his home. He was a retired welder after more than 30 years of service for Ford Motor Co., Sharonville, Ohio.
Mickey was a longtime member and deacon of Bromley Christian Church, a member of U.A.W. Local # 863, a member of the former Unity Lodge F & AM # 478 Masonic Lodge which merged with Colonel Clay Lodge # 159, Covington, and a Kentucky Colonel. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Henry and Alta Clifford McDine; grandson, Dustin McDine; brothers, Ralph McDine and Floyd McDine; sister, Mary Ellen McDine; and step brother, Ray Faragher.
Surviving is his wife of 69 years, Bernett (Vogt) McDine; sons, Dennis C. McDine of Elsmere, Jeffrey R. (Sandy) McDine of Burlington and Steven S. (Selina) McDine of Union; eight grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation is Friday, October 24, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Ludlow. Masonic services to be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Funeral service is Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Bromley Christian Church, Bromley. Reverend Steve Penrose and Reverend Chuck Myser officiating. Interment at Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.
