Charles Franklin Hempfling, 80, of Hebron, died Thursday, January 31 at his home. He was the owner of Valley Orchards in Hebron.

He was a member of the Hebron Lutheran Church; the Cincinnati Growers Association; and the Hebron Masonic Lodge F & AM #757.

He is survived by sons, Harold F. Hempfling, Mark Charles Hempfling, and Gregory Lewis Hempfling, all of Hebron; daughter, Charlene A. Hemfling of Hebron; eight grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.

His wife, Doris Hempfling, died approximately 16 hours prior to his passing.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, Charles L. and Elizabeth H. McGlasson Hempfling.
