Barbara Lee Said, 52, of Covington, formerly of Butler, died Monday, November 17 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood. She was a Laborer with the City of Covington.
Ms. Said loved to visit Disney World and was an avid Disney fan. She also enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include companion, Patricia Smith; daughter, April (Russell) Lawson of Covington; sisters, Frances Searcy of Las Vegas, Nevada, Ruby (Stephen) Hacker of Bromley, Emma Whitt of Butler, and Janet Said of Lexington; brothers, Johnny Embry of Butler and Ronnie Said of Morgan; step-mother, Carol Said of Butler; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Manley Lee and Ruby June Elliott Said.
Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Drive, Edgewood KY 41017.
