Addison “Gaines” Stevens, 94, of Burlington, died Thursday, February 28, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.
Gaines was born on October 20, 1918 in Boone County, Kentucky to the late Jonas and Alberta Gaines Stevens.
He was a retired quality control inspector at General Motors, a WWII Navy veteran and charter member of Cornerstone Baptist Church, Burlington.
His wife Myrna Vokt Stevens, brother, James Albert Stevens and sister Mary Christine Casper all preceded him in death.
